TRAINING IN BRAZIL
Based in Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Yinuo Xia trains regularly with ÉoBad, where his development is supported by a structured approach to technical, tactical and physical preparation.
With approximately 20 hours of training per week, his routine combines on-court drills, match practice, movement development and opportunities to train alongside more experienced players.
A central part of this process is developing strong badminton fundamentals while progressively improving his decision-making, court awareness, consistency and ability to adapt during matches.

INTERNATIONAL TRAINING — MALAYSIA
Malaysia has become an important part of Yinuo Xia's early badminton development.
Through two training periods in Kuala Lumpur — December 2024 to February 2025 and December 2025 to February 2026 — Yinuo experienced different coaching approaches, demanding practice environments and opportunities to learn from experienced Malaysian badminton professionals.
Training abroad has allowed him to broaden his technical and tactical understanding, experience different playing styles and bring valuable lessons back to his daily development in Brazil.

TACTICAL BADMINTON KUALA LUMPUR
At Tactical Badminton in Kuala Lumpur, Yinuo had the opportunity to train under Head Coach Andrew Chang, an experienced Malaysian badminton coach with a background in junior development and international training programs.
Andrew Chang's coaching experience includes working with players from different countries and competitive levels, as well as a longstanding connection with Malaysia's badminton community.
Through structured training sessions, Yinuo was exposed to new approaches to technical fundamentals, footwork, consistency and on-court decision-making.
This experience helped expand his understanding of how individual technical improvements can contribute to more effective match performance.

TBH BADMINTON ACADEMY
During his time in Kuala Lumpur, Yinuo also trained at TBH Badminton Academy under Muhammad Naim Ahmad Fairuzly, a Malaysian badminton player with experience competing on the BWF international circuit.
Naim's experience competing on the BWF international circuit brought valuable firsthand knowledge of high-level competition to the training environment.
Working directly with an internationally experienced player gave Yinuo another perspective on badminton preparation, technical execution and the demands of competitive play.
Alongside his brother Lucas, Yinuo was able to learn in an environment shaped by Malaysia's strong badminton culture.

INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT — EUROPE
In 2026, Yinuo Xia expanded his international badminton development through training experiences in Austria and the Czech Republic.
Beyond participating in international tournaments, Yinuo had opportunities to train and play practice matches alongside young athletes from Austria, Germany, Portugal, France and the Czech Republic.
These experiences provided valuable exposure to different approaches to badminton, helping him develop adaptability, tactical awareness and confidence when facing unfamiliar opponents.

AUSTRIA — VORARLBERG
Ahead of the Hofsteig Youth International, Yinuo took part in training sessions at the Vorarlberg Badminton Federation's training center in Dornbirn, Austria.
Training alongside young players from Austria and Germany allowed him to experience different playing styles and prepare for the demands of European junior competition.
These sessions offered opportunities to improve match readiness, adapt to unfamiliar opponents and build confidence before entering an international tournament.
The preparation was followed by a successful tournament experience, with Yinuo earning two bronze medals in the U11 category — men's singles and men's doubles.

CZECH REPUBLIC — PRAGUE
During his time in Prague, Yinuo Xia had the opportunity to train alongside players from Portugal's U13 and U15 national teams in preparation for the Czech Youth International.
His European experience also included practice matches with French junior player Mael Dogan and Czech junior player Tobiaz, providing opportunities to face different playing styles and competitive approaches.
Beyond the training court, Yinuo developed friendships with young badminton players representing England and Portugal, building connections across Europe's junior badminton community.
These experiences reinforced an important part of his development: learning not only through coaching and competition, but also through direct interaction with young athletes from different badminton cultures.

UPCOMING INTERNATIONAL TRAINING — THAILAND
Yinuo Xia is preparing for the next stage of his international badminton development: an extended training experience at Banthongyord Badminton School in Bangkok, Thailand.
Recognized for its role in developing world-class badminton talent, Banthongyord represents an opportunity for Yinuo to experience a training environment shaped by Thailand's strong badminton tradition.
The planned training period will allow him to observe new coaching methods, experience different training routines and continue developing his technical and tactical foundations.
For Yinuo, this experience is not simply about training abroad. It is about learning from different badminton cultures and bringing those lessons back to his daily development in Brazil.
